** We will occasionally consider short breaks at any time of the year, particularly if we do not have a full week booking near the date, so please ask.

There is a 10% discount if the number staying is 5 or less.  There is also a £50 discount for anyone booking for a fortnight.

There is an additional charge of £15 if you are bringing pets.

We reserve the right to levy a £100 security charge which is repayable in most cases.  Please see terms and conditions.

A deposit is payable when the booking is made, £50 for a short break, £100 for most weeks, £200 for summer holidays, Christmas and New Year.  Please see terms and conditions regarding this.  The balance is payable 6 weeks before the holiday start date.
